The Little Pub Group - Winchester & Hants
In the summer of 2022 we set about a project with Jayne Gilin founder of “The Little Pub Group” to digitalise their staff induction and move to a remote HR service to support their general management team.
The GMs were involved in the development and was trialled with more than 20 employees – the feedback was excellent, pragmatic and effective learning covering all the essential elements of compliance and acheving good standards of bar & food service.Â
We are really pleased they continue to use our latest version which includes an e-certificate and are using our HR Services for a new site, its development and induction of new staff
